River Severn Partnership Secures over £36 Million boost for Flood Defence
Bomere Heath & District Parish Council
In July the Government announced that the new River Severn Partnership is to receive £36 million to help address the impact of flooding in the towns and cities alongside the river.
Cllr Lezley Picton, our local county councillor together with Cllr Ed Potter have arranged a virtual meeting with representatives from Shropshire Council and the Environment Agency for Parish Councillors, affected residents and interested parties to discuss the workings of the River Severn Partnership.
The meeting will take place on Wed 25th November at 6.30pm via Zoom.
Login details will be sent as soon as they are available, in the meantime contact Cllr Lezley Picton via email ([email protected]) if you wish to register your interest.
